Corporate work in Cincinnati clusters around two things: conference weeks at Duke Energy Convention Center, and year-end parties in hotel ballrooms, stadium club levels and Over-the-Rhine event halls. A live station works in both, as a draw between sessions or as the night's entertainment.
We run the whole operation: presses, printers, blanks, setup and teardown, and a queue that keeps your people moving. Gear ships ahead from Fullerton and the crew arrives a day early, so the build doesn't eat into your agenda. From a 50-person offsite at The Banks to a thousand-badge conference, the station scales to the headcount.
What Cincinnati corporate teams get from live t-shirt printing
- Your brand on the menu: company logo, event art, team or department names, approved before the freight leaves.
- Garments people wear: XS–4XL on hand, plus hoodies for a winter event by the river.
- One itemized quote: crew, gear, blanks and travel each listed, so finance sees every line.
- Scales with you: a single station for an offsite, several for a Duke Energy Convention Center conference.
What on-site event printing needs in a Cincinnati meeting space
Plan on a 10×10 ft footprint and two 120V/20A circuits per station. At the Duke Energy Convention Center, or across the river at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, power goes on the exhibitor electrical order, and we want it confirmed before the freight leaves Fullerton. Downtown hotel ballrooms route it through banquet and AV, so send them our floor plan along with the room diagram. Office campuses in Blue Ash and Mason are usually easier on space but still ask for a certificate of insurance, a dock or side-door time and the crew's names at the front desk. Set the station near the coffee or the general session doors, since everyone walks past on breaks. Each shirt takes about two minutes and a two-press station does 100+ an hour, so a 300-person all-hands is roughly a three-hour run. January kickoffs can mean ice on the dock ramp, which is one more reason the crew flies in the day before. If the crowd skews executive, live embroidery or a hat bar in Cincinnati fits the same footprint.
