Live stations
Live printing services in Cincinnati
Five stations, one crew. For a Cincinnati event we pick the mix by room and crowd: a full press line for a show day at Duke Energy Convention Center, one compact station for a loft at The Banks or a hotel ballroom. The gear ships freight ahead and the crew lands a day early, so the build fits your schedule.
Most Cincinnati events run one method. Busy ones run two side by side, a press for volume and a second station for names and full-color art. Tell us the room and the headcount and we'll say which combination earns its floor space, in Over-the-Rhine or anywhere else in Greater Cincinnati.
What Cincinnati planners want to know first: each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, which goes on the Duke Energy Convention Center order or gets checked with a taproom before the date is set. One press runs up to 60 shirts an hour, a two-press live screen printing station clears 100+, and each guest waits about two minutes. Most Cincinnati events come in between $5K and $15K all-in, with one fixed travel line from Fullerton. Two to four weeks is workable, and six to ten is better since the presses come out by truck.
