For Cincinnati events, our custom hat bar is a live patch bar: blank caps on one side, a heat press on the other. Guests pick a cap, choose one of the patches lined up for your event, and watch the operator press it on while they wait. Trucker or dad-hat style, the blanks are whichever you choose. It photographs well, which brands like.
It takes less floor than a full press line, so it fits a brewery taproom in Over-the-Rhine or a corner of a Newport on the Levee space as easily as a convention booth. Caps and patches travel in the same freight as the rest of the gear.
What a Cincinnati hat bar includes
- Cap styles picked with you before the event, from trucker to structured.
- Patches: your logo, event art, and a local design or two if you want them.
- A press and an operator who keeps the line moving and gets the placement right.
- A styled, photo-ready setup that looks at home from Downtown & Convention Center to Findlay Market.
Add embroidery for stitched fronts, or send us the date.
A few Cincinnati hat bar questions
Can guests get a cowboy hat?
No. We don't carry felt or western hats, and we don't shape or brand them. The Cincinnati hat bar is caps with pressed patches, chosen by each guest and finished at the table.
Does it work at a Bengals pregame at The Banks?
Yes. We'd usually put one game-day design on a screen press and add the hat bar for fans who already own the shirt. Anything with a name on it goes to DTF.
Can it go to an alumni tent or a reunion?
Yes. Caps and patches suit an alumni tent or a reunion Uptown, and for that crowd a stitched front from our embroidery station makes a good upgrade.
