Downtown events mostly mean Duke Energy Convention Center, the hotel ballrooms around it, and arena nights at Heritage Bank Center. On a show floor or in a sponsor lounge, live DTF, a hat bar or a screen press gives people a reason to stop at your booth, and you collect their details while the piece prints.
Convention work starts with paperwork. The exhibitor kit sets the booth size, the electrical order and the dock time, and our freight from Fullerton gets booked into that receiving window. The crew flies in the day before, builds the station, and runs test prints before the doors open.
What runs best on a convention floor
- Live screen printing: one booth design on every shirt, the fastest way through an expo line.
- Live DTF: full-color logos with each visitor's name, handy when the booth is there for lead capture.
- Live hat bar: a quick pick-and-press for a sponsor lounge or a hotel reception.
- Promo & hard goods: totes and drinkware for attendees who already have a stack of tees.
Pregame and stadium events have their own page: The Banks. For a smaller room with more character, look at Over-the-Rhine or Findlay Market, and for campus events see Uptown (UC).
Most convention floors want the electrical ordered through the venue. Put two 120V/20A circuits on the order for each station and plan on about 10×10 ft of booth.
Send the show name, the booth number if you have one, and the dates. We'll reply with an itemized quote within 24 hours.
