Over-the-Rhine events tend to happen inside old brick buildings: a brewery hall, a rented event space, a storefront taken over for a weekend pop-up. We bring whatever mix fits the guest list (a DTF heat press, a hat bar, embroidery or a screen press) and print each piece while the guest waits.
Floor space is the usual question in OTR. A station wants about 10×10 ft, and a taproom can usually find that once a couple of tables move. Load-in is often a street door and a hand cart, so we plan the freight around it. The gear is trucked in from our Fullerton shop ahead of the date, and the crew gets in the day before.
What prints well at an OTR night
- Live screen printing: the brewery's logo on a run of tees, one design and a fast line.
- Live DTF: full-color art for a launch party, with a name or a date added to each shirt.
- Live hat bar: caps and patches for a storefront pop-up where people browse first and pick second.
- Promo & hard goods: totes and drinkware, the easy add-on at a taproom event.
Need a bigger room in the neighborhood? Music Hall is here too. Findlay Market sits at the north end of OTR, so a market-day crowd and a brewery after-party can share one trip. For stadium crowds see The Banks, for show floors see Downtown & Convention Center, and for campus events see Uptown (UC).
Older OTR buildings don't always have two free 120V/20A circuits near the corner you want. Ask the venue before you pick a spot, and send us a photo of the room.
Send the OTR venue, the date and a rough headcount. You'll get an itemized quote within 24 hours.
