Uptown is the University of Cincinnati side of town, and the events here are mostly campus and alumni work: student organization nights, reunion weekends, department parties, game-day gatherings. A live station prints each shirt in front of the guest, who waits about two minutes for it.
The setup doesn't change for a campus room. Presses, blanks and crew ship in from Fullerton, and the crew lands a day early. What changes is the crowd. Students want the design that's funny this semester. Alumni want their class year on the sleeve, which is a job for DTF.
Stations that suit Uptown
- Live screen printing: one design on a lot of shirts, the fastest line for a big student crowd.
- Live DTF: full-color art with a class year or a name on each piece.
- Live hat bar: caps and patches for an alumni tent or a reunion.
- Promo & hard goods: totes and drinkware for a department event or a donor night.
Holding the event off campus? We also cover Downtown & Convention Center, The Banks, Over-the-Rhine, Findlay Market, and the rest of Cincinnati, including rooms near The Andrew J Brady Music Center and Duke Energy Convention Center.
A campus room or student center needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits per station. Check with the building's event staff early about power and load-in.
Send the Uptown venue, the date and a headcount and you'll have an itemized quote within 24 hours.
