Most Cincinnati events come in between $5,000 and $15,000 all-in. The gear goes out by truck from our Fullerton shop and the crew flies into CVG, and that travel is one fixed line on the quote. Headcount, hours and garments move the total more than the distance does.
What moves a Cincinnati quote
- Headcount: more guests means more presses, more printers and more blanks in the freight.
- Hours: a two-hour reception in Over-the-Rhine costs less than an all-day booth at Duke Energy Convention Center.
- Garments: a basic tee, a retail-fit shirt and a heavyweight hoodie sit at very different prices. Hoodies make sense for a November event on the river.
- Stations and methods: a hat bar or a second press adds equipment and crew.
Since travel is fixed, the cost per shirt drops as the event grows. A 600-guest booth downtown doesn't cost twice what a 300-guest one does. For a real number, send your date, venue and headcount. How our pricing works has the full breakdown.
