Room for the station, power, and a way to get road cases in. Figure about 10×10 ft per station, two dedicated 120V circuits, and a dock, lift or ground-level door. We ship everything else.
Venue checklist for Cincinnati
- Floor: about 10×10 ft per station plus room for a queue. On a Duke Energy Convention Center floor the line will come, so plan the aisle for it.
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At the convention center, electrical is ordered through the venue in advance. In a hotel ballroom or a ballpark club space, make sure our circuit isn't shared with catering.
- Load-in: our cases arrive by freight, so the venue needs a receiving plan. The convention center schedules move-in, and we need that window in writing. A taproom in Over-the-Rhine or a room at Newport on the Levee usually just needs a door a cart fits through.
- Weather cover: an outdoor station at The Banks or Sawyer Point needs level ground and a canopy. Ohio weather can turn fast, and the presses and blanks have to stay dry.
What we ship in
Tables, dryers, heat presses, a full XS–4XL size run and the art prep all come with us. The crew lands a day early, so a tight load-in window is workable if we hear about it when you book. The Downtown & Convention Center page has more on show-floor setups.
