The best spot for a live station isn't the biggest room. It's the place where the line helps the event: seen from the main floor, easy to move through, and close enough to the action that people want in.
Start with the goal
For lead capture, a convention floor or sponsor lounge at Duke Energy Convention Center is usually right. For social content, a pop-up in Over-the-Rhine or a riverfront patio at The Banks works better. For guest gifts, put the station near check-in, cocktail hour or the exit.
Cincinnati areas to consider
- Downtown & Convention Center: convention floors, hotel ballrooms and expos.
- The Banks: pregame events between the stadiums and the river.
- Over-the-Rhine: brewery halls, event spaces and storefront pop-ups.
- Findlay Market: weekend crowds and street festivals.
- Uptown (UC): campus, alumni and student events.
- Newport on the Levee: riverfront rooms and retail across the bridge in Kentucky.
Venue requirements
Most rooms work if they have about 10×10 ft, standard power, a level floor, and a queue path that doesn't block doors or service lanes. Outdoor setups by the river need weather cover and a plan for wind and for keeping the blanks dry.
Quick check: if the room fits a merch table and a short line, it probably fits live printing. Send the floor plan and we'll flag power, load-in or queue issues before we quote.

What we ask every venue
Where's the load-in door, which circuits are free, where does the line go, and where do guests pick sizes before the press? Duke Energy Convention Center answers through its exhibitor paperwork. A private room near Heritage Bank Center or downtown usually answers in one call.
Our freight from Fullerton needs a receiving plan, so ask the venue who signs for deliveries.
