Live event printing means the merch gets made at the event. A guest picks a design, watches it printed, and walks away wearing it about two minutes later. For Cincinnati there's one extra piece to the process: the station travels from Fullerton by freight.
Weeks before
You send the logo or art and we proof it. Screens get burned or transfers printed in the shop, garments and sizes are set, and we agree which stations fit your run-of-show. Art locks about a week out so the blanks can be ordered and the freight packed.
The day before
The crew flies in and meets the freight at the venue. At Duke Energy Convention Center that follows the hall's move-in schedule. At a brewery hall in Over-the-Rhine it's usually a side door and a cart. We build the station and run test prints.
Event day
- Guests choose: a size, a garment, a design or a patch. Picking it is what makes them keep it.
- We print: up to 60 pieces an hour per press, 100+ from the standard two-press setup.
- They wear it out: finished and still warm off the platen.
- We strike: teardown on your schedule, then the gear ships home.
What the venue provides
About 10×10 ft per station, two standard 120V circuits, a level floor, and a queue path that stays clear of doors. Outdoors at The Banks or Sawyer Point, add a canopy. Details are in venue requirements.
Picking a method
Volume favors screen printing. Full color or short runs favor DTF. A hat bar or embroidery makes it feel more like a gift. Read how live printing works or tell us about your Cincinnati event.
Cincinnati planning
Checked before the crates leave
Before the freight goes out, we confirm the load-in route, the circuits, where the line forms, and where guests choose garments before they reach the press. For a booth at Duke Energy Convention Center that means the hall's paperwork. For a private event near Heritage Bank Center it's usually one walk-through call.
The kit doesn't change by city: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, blanks, tables, signage and trained printers, all traveling from Fullerton.
