There are two ways to get custom shirts for a Cincinnati event: order boxes from a shop and hand them out, or bring the press and print them on site. We do the second. Your design goes on each shirt while the guest watches, and nobody waits much longer than two minutes.
Why print at the event
A box of pre-printed shirts means guessing sizes weeks ahead and carrying leftovers home. At the event, each guest picks their own size and design, so the XS–4XL run gets used the way people actually show up. At an Oktoberfest weekend or a Bengals game-day tailgate, the printing itself pulls a crowd.
What we can print
- Tees: soft blanks in a full size run, printed to order.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: for fall and winter events on the river.
- Caps: built by guests at the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods: promo items beyond apparel.
Screen printing or DTF for custom shirts?
For one bold design on a lot of shirts, live screen printing is fastest and costs less per piece. For full-color art, photos, or names on individual shirts, live DTF printing has no color limit. Send the art and we'll say which it suits.
One thing to know for Cincinnati: our blanks ship in by freight with the presses, so the garment choice and size mix get locked about a week before the event.

What gets settled before the shirts ship
The size mix, the blank style and the design menu all travel with the freight, so we settle them with you first. Then we map the venue: load-in door, power, where the line goes. A booth at Duke Energy Convention Center and a party near Heritage Bank Center get the same checklist.
One standard station fits in about 10×10 ft on two 120V circuits and prints 100+ shirts an hour when the menu is simple.
