On-site printing is same-day by definition. The press runs at your Cincinnati venue during the event and guests leave wearing what they picked, so there's no production run and no delivery window to worry about afterward.
How it works on the day
Guests choose a design and a size, we print it, they put it on. Each guest waits about two minutes. The prep happens earlier: art, blanks and gear ship from Fullerton ahead of the crew, who land the day before.
What we can make on site
- T-shirts and hoodies with screen printing or DTF.
- Caps and patches at the hat bar.
- Totes and promo goods for a gifting table.
Cincinnati events where timing matters
A festival weekend, a pop-up in Over-the-Rhine or a Bengals game-day activation has one date that won't move. Printing at the event removes the worry that a box of shirts arrives late. The freight is the part to plan: date changes are easiest with two weeks' notice.
Close to your date? Ask anyway. The freight window decides whether it works, and simple art with standard blanks is what makes a quick turnaround possible.

Cincinnati timing
The part that happens before the day
Same-day on the floor depends on the week before. We confirm load-in, power and the queue path with the venue, then ship. At Duke Energy Convention Center that means the hall's move-in window. Near Heritage Bank Center or downtown it's usually a dock time and a contact name.
Art should be final about a week out, which is when blank orders lock.
